How it works
Six steps. None takes longer than five minutes, and none works alone — everything here is built for the two of you.
- 01
Create an account
One email address, one password, a first name. No profile, no photo, no questions about your relationship that are nobody else’s business.
- 02
Invite your partner
You get a code and an invite link. Once you are both connected, the account belongs to the two of you and nobody else. One account, one couple.
- 03
Answer the question of the day
One question a day from the bank. You write separately, without seeing each other’s answer. Only once both have submitted does it get revealed.
- 04
Respond, do not evaluate
After the reveal comes a second step: a short response to what the other wrote. This is where the feeling of being understood happens — and that is the active ingredient.
- 05
Keep moments and chapters
What should stay goes into chapters: the evening, the photo, the sentence you never want to forget. Plus a timeline of your milestones.
- 06
Pause once a week
Four questions, twenty minutes, always in the same order. The soft start-up decides how the rest of the conversation goes.
The weekly ritual
Always these four, always in this order. The good first, the request after — never the other way round.
- 1What went well between us this week?
- 2What am I grateful to you for this week?
- 3What do I need next week — as a request, not a complaint.
- 4What are we looking forward to together?
Twelve areas of life
For each area you note three things: what you want, why it matters to you, and what the next small step would be. The why is the part that survives a busy month.
- Us as a couple
- Closeness & touch
- Health & energy
- Home & everyday
- Money & security
- Work & calling
- Family & children
- Friends & community
- Adventure & experience
- Learning & curiosity
- Meaning & values
- Time for myself
Why it is built this way
Answer apart
You both answer the same question without seeing the other’s reply. That stops the second answer from bending toward the first — and turns the reveal into something you look forward to.
Always mutual
No question counts as answered while only one of you has written. Closeness comes from reciprocity, not from one person opening up while the other listens.
Respond to the response
After the reveal comes a second step: a reaction. Because it is not the telling that creates closeness, it is the feeling of having been understood.
One question. Not a hundred.
Depth rises over weeks, not over one evening. A question marathon feels like an interview — one a day feels like a relationship.
